The lightest ring of bells hung in a church are the six bells at St Christopher's, Warden Hill, Gloucestershire. The largest of these weights just over 1/2 cwt.
The oldest bell hung for change ringing and still in regular use Sunday by Sunday, is thought to be the fifth bell at St Dunstan's Church, Canterbury, Kent. It was cast in about 1325 by William le Belyetere, a local bell founder.
